What should I do if the face match fails (e.g., face on ID and face on liveness do not match)?

In order to successfully complete KYC, the same person whose details are linked to the activated card must submit their identity document and complete the liveness check. If you cannot complete this process, the app will give you the option to select a time and date to have a short video meeting with a member of our dedicated team, where your account will be manually verified.
