If you are unable to complete KYC via the app, you will be required to have a short video meeting with a member of our dedicated team. As part of this process, you will have to send your documents to the team member via email.
Once received, your documents are stored in a secure database and data directory. For customer IDs that are sent to CleverCards by email, the emails are routed to the dedicated members of Operations & Compliance staff. The information is reviewed and IDs are transferred to CleverCards' secure data directories before finally, the emails and its attachments are permanently deleted.
After the video meeting, where your details will be verified, your account will be approved and you can use your CleverCard - you will see in the CleverCards app that you have access to your card(s).
