What kind of rules is CleverCards subject to?

We work closely with our partners, in particular Monavate. We also abide by all regulations and standards stipulated by Monavate’s licences and their risk appetite. In this particular case, as Monavate is regulated in Lithuania and the UK, we are subject to the regulatory framework of those two jurisdictions.

In parallel, we are also subject to Card Scheme Rules.
