If you are experiencing difficulty completing the verification process, please follow the steps outlined below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the app store to ensure you have the most up to date version of the CleverCards app
- Close the app and then reopen it
- Use an alternative ID, such as a Driver's licence or Passport.
- When uploading or capturing an image of the document, ensure it is a clear picture and that the document is valid
When performing the facial recognition, also known as the Liveness Check, please ensure the following:
- You are in a well-lit environment
- Remove any accessories, such as glasses, hats, face masks, etc
- Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
- Pay attention to the on-screen instructions and position your face correctly according to the markers
If you still cannot complete KYC, the app will give you the option to select a time and date to have a short video meeting with a member of our dedicated team, where your account will be manually verified.
